Not a *one-person show.* We Are Delphi brings together a handpicked team of specialist coaches and therapists, each expert in their own field. When you work with us, you're matched to the right person — not just whoever's free. 300+ Clients supported across coaching and therapy 3,500+ Sessions delivered, online and in person 110 Five-star reviews on Google and Bark 4 Specialist coaches and therapists in the team Our Mission ## Insight without action changes nothing. We started Delphi because we'd all seen what good coaching and therapy can do — and how rare it actually is. Too much of what passes for personal development is surface-level. It feels good in the room and fades by Friday. We built something different. An integrative approach that combines the depth of evidence-based therapy with the forward momentum of great coaching. You don't just understand yourself better — you actually change. We're based in London and work with clients online across the UK and internationally. Whether you're stuck in your career, struggling with confidence, navigating something emotionally heavy, or just ready to do the real work — there's a Delphi coach or therapist for you. 🎯 Matched, not assigned 🧠 Evidence-based methods 🔒 Fully confidential ⚡ Action, not just insight > "I left the Foreign Office because I wanted to help people in a way that actually reaches them. That's still what drives every part of Delphi." — Rebecca, Founder & Head Coach What Makes Us Different ## Why people choose Delphi over other coaching practices 01 ### You're matched to a specialist We don't send everyone to the same coach. After your intro call we match you to the team member whose expertise fits your specific situation — whether that's career change, neurodivergence, public speaking or therapy. 02 ### Integrative, not generic Our coaches and therapists draw from IFS, EMDR, non-violent communication, somatic work, CBT and more. We choose the approach that fits you — not the one we learned first. 03 ### Real-world credentials Between us we've worked at the UK Foreign Office, Google, Oxfam, HSBC, top City banks and global startups. We understand the real pressures people face — not just the theory. 04 ### Between-session support We don't disappear between sessions. Weekly check-ins, summaries and WhatsApp access mean you're supported in real life, not just in the 50 minutes. 05 ### A free intro call — no pressure Before you commit to anything, we sit down (virtually) and listen. If we're not the right fit, we'll tell you and point you somewhere that is. We'd rather lose a client than take one we can't genuinely help. 06 ### 110 reviews rated 5.0 Across Google and Bark. Not because we chase reviews — because the work lands. You can read them all before you book. We'd expect nothing less. Meet the Team ## The people you'll actually work with Every member of the Delphi team was chosen for their specialist expertise, their real-world experience outside coaching, and their ability to actually get results. No generalists. No one-size-fits-all. ![Rebecca, Executive Coach and Therapist at We Are Delphi](https://wearedelphi.co/hubfs/Selfie%20resize.webp) Head Coach & Therapist Rebecca (she/her) she / her · Founder "I left a career in diplomacy because I wanted to help people change from the inside out — not just the outside in." Before founding We Are Delphi, Rebecca spent nearly a decade working for the UK Government on peace and security, and held roles at Google, Oxfam and HSBC. She holds a degree in Physiological Sciences specialising in Neuroscience from Oxford, a Graduate Diploma in Law from City University, and a Masters in Global Politics from LSE. It was her own experience of therapy — and the profound shift it created — that led her to train as both a coach and therapist. She now brings an integrative, trauma-informed approach to every client, drawing on IFS, EMDR and person-centred therapy. She has worked with 300+ clients across 3,000+ sessions. Rebecca specialises in career change and identity, confidence and imposter syndrome, and deeper therapeutic work for those navigating burnout, anxiety or patterns that keep repeating. My job is to help you find the courage to walk it." Iryna is an ICF-certified coach with ten years of experience working in tech, startups and online businesses as a growth product manager. She has helped founders build, scale and sometimes pivot entirely — and now brings that same strategic clarity to people navigating their own next chapter. She specialises in purpose and direction: working with people who know something needs to change but aren't yet sure what, and with founders or entrepreneurs who want to build something that feels genuinely aligned with who they are. Her coaching combines practical strategic thinking with deep personal work — helping clients move from uncertainty to conviction. I'll teach you how to master your breath, body and voice so confidence becomes repeatable — not accidental." Owen is a professional actor, presenter and teacher who grew up with social anxiety — and discovered through training at one of the world's most prestigious physical theatre schools that confidence is a learnable skill, not a personality trait. He now uses an actor's toolkit to teach professionals how to show up with presence, impact and calm. His approach is body-centred and practical — combining breath work, voice training and postural awareness so that the confident version of you becomes accessible on demand, not just on good days. Owen currently offers two Masterclasses: fine-tuning the voice for professional settings, and embodying workplace confidence. He also works one-to-one with clients preparing for presentations, panels, pitches and high-stakes conversations. My partner has commented on many occasions that I come across more confidently than I had before. My only regret is that I didn’t work with Bex earlier in my career. > > Bex provided me with the skills and tools I needed to make an impact at work and act in a leadership capacity. The stretch goals Bex helped me set at the end of every session reinforced what I had learned and were vital to developing my skills. I still go back to the follow up emails to remind myself of what we covered and set my self little goals to sharpen the tools." Stuart Gayle Google Review ★★★★★ > "After just one session with Bex I have gained so much clarity and reassurance during a time in my life where I have felt a lot of confusion, lack of direction and internal chaos. She utilised every minute of our session with a calm, compassionate approach and genuine attention to detail. Her guidance has had a profound impact as she managed to get straight to the source of my issue and was able to offer practical, realistic goals in order to move forwards. Thank you Bex!!" Emily Andrews Google Review ★★★★★ > "Although I was initially reluctant to ask for some kind of professional advice to help put things in my life into perspective, I'm so glad that I reached out to Bex. > > She's not only professional but very personalable and I instantly felt at ease when we met online. > > With issues in my life becoming quite overwhelming, Bex has primarily helped me by giving me the necessary 'tools' needed to break things down and become more manageable. > > I have struggled with various personal and work related issues over the years but thanks to her and her valuable advice and ideas, I feel much more equipped to deal with life's challenges. > > I couldn't recommend Bex more - she is amazing at what she does."
