Thinking about therapy?

If you’re not sure whether coaching is the right fit for what you’re experiencing right now, therapy may be a more appropriate starting point.

Hi, I'm Rebecca

Founder of We are Delphi! I'm an Oxford Graduate and ex British Diplomat who left the foreign office to follow an inner desire to really help people. In my time I have helped hundreds of clients, over thousands of hours, people just like you.

My training incudes, but is not limit too:

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS)
  • Person centred Therapy
  • EMDR

I am also a graduate from the Hoffman process, all this to say that I am a firm believer in work that is deeply transformative. In my time I have been to many places, and lived many lives, but only through therapy did i really find my self. I hope that i can help you too.

What's the difference between coaching and therapy?

Both coaching and therapy can be supportive spaces, but they tend to serve different needs (though there can be overlap). If what you’re wanting to focus more on emotional and relational dynamics, or you want to explore longer-standing patterns and how your history impacts your present then therapy may offer the kind of depth and space you’re looking for.

Therapy may be helpful if you’re experiencing:

  • Feeling emotionally overwhelmed or stuck
  • Anxiety, stress, or low mood
  • Burnout or exhaustion
  • Difficulties in relationships
  • Grief, loss, or life transitions
  • Patterns that keep repeating even when you try to change them
  • A general sense that “something isn’t quite right”
  • Are exhibiting trauma responses

What therapy offers

Therapy is a confidential space where you can talk openly about what’s going on in your life and begin to understand it more deeply.
It can help you:
  • Make sense of your emotional experiences
  • Explore patterns in relationships and behaviour
  • Process past or current experiences at your own pace
  • Build greater self-awareness and emotional clarity
  • Feel more grounded and supported day to day
If you’re unsure you don’t need to be certain before booking in for an intro call (we can talk about which is better for you then): If something in this resonates, it may be worth exploring further. You can find more information or book an initial session here:

FAQ

Who Do I Help?

People who are:

  • Feeling emotionally overwhelmed or stuck
  • Anxiety, stress, or low mood
  • Burnout or exhaustion
  • Difficulties in relationships
  • Grief, loss, or life transitions
  • Patterns that keep repeating even when you try to change them
  • A general sense that “something isn’t quite right”

What will it be like?

A safe space centred on you and your needs. We will create a space where you can delve into you and while at times it might be challenging, we won't go beyond your capabilities. Growth is hard, but it's easier when we do it together.

What will you leave with?

No two therapeutic journeys are the same, because no two people are the same, that being said you will have a chance to explore the internal systems you have built over your life, learn to listen and relate to yourself more deeply, be brave and turn a curious gaze to the blind spots you have developed over your life. I aim for my work to be transformative, and so what ever blocks you are facing today we will face them together, and hopefully you will leave knowing what is on the other side of them.

What are sessions like?

Sessions are focussed and designed on you. Sessions usually take place via Zoom and last between 50 and 90 minutes. I share materials and summaries after the end of every session as well as exercises to facilitate reflection. I Am also available for a debrief between sessions if something comes up that you want to share. You are not alone.

What do I get for the investment?
  • One to one  sessions
  • exercises and tools
  • A safe space to be your self with no judgement
  • guidance inferred from my years as a therapist to help you understand you.
  • Weekly check-ins in between sessions
  • Ongoing support.
