Interview Coaching · Online · UK-Wide
The job market has never been more competitive. Getting through the door is an achievement in itself. What happens next is preparation. Rebecca has worked on both sides of the interview room and knows exactly what separates the candidates who land the role from those who do not.
You will recognise this
These are the moments Rebecca hears about from almost every client. If more than one sounds familiar, you are in the right place.
"I know I am right for this role. I just cannot seem to show it under pressure."
On the gap between ability and performance"My mind goes blank the moment I sit down. Everything I prepared disappears."
On nerves taking over at the worst moment"I never know how to talk about myself without sounding arrogant or uncertain."
On framing your experience confidently"I have been turned down so many times. I do not know what I am doing wrong."
On rejection without feedback"The competency questions always trip me up. I never have the right example ready."
On preparation that does not hold under pressure"Group exercises and panels feel completely different and I never know how to approach them."
On the formats that catch people off guard"Preparation is the silver bullet. It is the difference between the candidate who stands head and shoulders above the rest, and the one who looks lost from the outset."BEX · Founder, We Are Delphi
Most people who struggle in interviews are not lacking the ability to do the job. They are lacking a structured process to translate that ability under pressure, in a room, in front of people who are assessing them.
Rebecca has been in those rooms from both sides. As a diplomat she succeeded in highly competitive selection processes. As a coach she has helped hundreds of clients understand exactly what interviewers are looking for and how to deliver it consistently.

Your Coach
I am Rebecca, founder of We Are Delphi. I am an ex-British diplomat, Oxford graduate, and trained therapist who has navigated some of the most competitive selection processes in professional life. I have succeeded in graduate schemes with over 20,000 applicants. I have also sat on the other side and assessed candidates.
I have worked across law, banking, politics, tech, the charity and public sectors. Large firms, small firms, everything in between. I have made the mistakes so you do not have to. And I have turned that experience into a coaching programme that has helped hundreds of clients land the roles they wanted.

The Programme
Every session is designed around your specific situation, your actual interview, and the parts of the process where you feel least prepared. Nothing is generic.
We film a full dry run of your interview. No preparation from you other than showing up. We watch it back together and I give you honest, specific feedback to work from. This is your baseline and the foundation everything else is built on.
This session works on the inside. Using the IFS model, we find the parts of you that are nervous, soothe them, and let the calm and composed parts take the wheel. We work on the core beliefs that are holding you back and adjust your posture and physical presence so you enter the interview room projecting confidence from the moment you walk in.
A recorded mini mock interview, refined from what we learned in session one. I share parts for your review so you can hear and see the improvements. We focus on your specific question types and how to structure your answers so they land clearly and confidently.
How to work the room when you have a group exercise. How to handle the dynamics of an interview with multiple interviewees. These formats catch most people off guard because they require a different kind of performance. We make sure they do not catch you.
Session five is entirely yours. We hone in on whatever is still feeling uncertain, go over the areas where you feel weakest, and leave you going into interview day with nothing unresolved. If you have a specific interview coming up, we use this session to prepare for it directly.

What People Say
Real reviews from real clients on Google and Bark. Unedited.
"After 2 sessions with Rebecca my interview style improved dramatically and I successfully landed the job. Rebecca took the time to understand the role I was applying to and the type of questions I would be asked. Her feedback was very constructive and helped me adjust my technique in a short space of time. The sessions gave me confidence and a new framework for verbal communication that I continue today. Thank you!"
"Working with Rebecca was amazing. She helped me land a job after struggling to get past the final interview. Was able to take lots from each session and was great fun doing it."
"I hired Rebecca to help me with my preparation for job interviews and she ended up helping me with lots more than just that, managing to dial in on confidence as a whole, and finding ways to help I would never have thought of or tried. Ended up getting the job of my dreams because of the help. Would highly recommend her services."
"I came to Rebecca in a real rut and in a crisis of confidence. She really supported me, giving me direction and purpose as well as helping me get to the source of my issues. She helped me find a job in an industry I had been trying to get into for years and I will be forever grateful to her for that. The session I had with her prior to my final interview was especially helpful and I went into that interview with all the tools I needed to succeed."
"Earlier this year I was at a crossroads with my life and career and sought help from Rebecca. She was amazing. Incredibly friendly, calm, and happy to offer unbiased advice. We explored all my avenues and even did some interview prep together. After each session I felt like I came away with a clearer vision for myself, as well as practical tools to implement. I would definitely use Rebecca's coaching services again."
"I started working with Rebecca as I needed help learning how to apply for roles within the Civil Service and prepare for interviews. Rebecca was able to work with me in a way that suits my needs as someone who likely has ADHD. Through working with Rebecca, I have recently been promoted at work for the first time and am on the reserve for a role the next grade above my current role. I would definitely recommend Rebecca for anyone struggling with confidence or who just needs structure and guidance to make sure things are moving in the right direction."

Absolutely. Rebecca has direct experience with Civil Service selection processes, panel interviews, group exercises and competency-based frameworks. The coaching is built entirely around your specific situation, not a generic template.
That is exactly the situation this coaching is built for. The dry run in session one gives both you and Rebecca a clear picture of what is happening under pressure. Most people are surprised by what they cannot see in themselves. Once you can see it, you can change it.
No. Internal promotions, board-level roles, graduate schemes, academic interviews and even media appearances all benefit from the same preparation. If there is a high-stakes conversation where you need to perform under pressure, this coaching applies.
The full programme is five sessions but Rebecca works flexibly. Some clients need one targeted session before a specific interview. Others want the full programme to build a durable skill. The free intro call is the right place to figure out what fits your situation.
