Sometimes coaching is not quite the right fit for where you are right now. If you are experiencing something deeper, older, or harder to name, therapy may be the better starting point. Bex is a trained IFS, EMDR and Person-Centred therapist who creates a genuinely safe space to explore what is happening and why.
Finding the Right Fit
Both can be supportive, and there is often overlap. The distinction is less about what category something falls into and more about what kind of space you need right now. If you are still unsure, the free intro call is the right place to figure it out together.
Still not sure? Bex will tell you honestly on the intro call which she thinks will serve you better. She would rather point you in the right direction than take you on if coaching or therapy is not the right fit right now.

Most people wait longer than they need to. These are some of the things Bex hears from clients who wish they had come sooner.
"I feel like I am managing on the outside but something is falling apart on the inside."
On the gap between how you appear and how you feel"I keep ending up in the same situations, in relationships and at work, and I do not understand why."
On patterns that keep repeating"I have been anxious for so long that I am not sure what normal feels like anymore."
On chronic anxiety and the cost of living with it"Something happened and I have not been quite the same since. I do not know how to process it."
On unprocessed experiences and trauma responses"I feel completely burnt out. I have nothing left and I do not know how to come back from it."
On burnout and exhaustion"I just feel lost. I cannot explain it, but something is not right."
On the nameless feeling that something needs to change"Only through therapy did I really find myself. I hope that I can help you too."BEX · Founder, We Are Delphi
Therapy does not require you to know what is wrong or to have the right words for it. It is a space to bring whatever is present and explore it together at your own pace.
Bex creates a genuinely safe environment where nothing is too small, too complicated, or too hard to bring. You do not need to be in crisis. You just need to feel that something could be different.

I am Rebecca, founder of We Are Delphi. I am an Oxford graduate and ex-British diplomat who left the Foreign Office to follow an inner desire to really help people. In my time I have helped hundreds of clients over thousands of hours, people just like you.
I am a firm believer in work that is deeply transformative. I have been to many places and lived many lives. Through therapy I found myself and I know what it is to sit in that chair for the first time. I bring that understanding into every session.

What People Say
Real reviews from real clients on Google and Bark. Unedited.
"Bex has been an absolute game changer for me. Over the past two years, she has guided me through some of the toughest transitions in my life, from navigating the complexities of a startup to managing tricky dynamics with colleagues, and even helping me heal through breakups. Her support has been both deeply personal and incredibly effective. She has been more than a coach. She has been a lifeline."
"Few weeks back when I first connected with Bex I had no expectations of how my work would benefit but I wanted to say that after few sessions with Bex, I leave every time with positive energy and strong action points. These action points have helped me grow in my company and boosted my confidence at work."
"Although I was initially reluctant to ask for professional advice, I am so glad that I reached out to Bex. She is not only professional but very personable and I instantly felt at ease when we met online. With issues in my life becoming quite overwhelming, Bex has primarily helped me by giving me the necessary tools needed to break things down and become more manageable. I have struggled with various personal and work related issues over the years but thanks to her, I feel much more equipped to deal with life's challenges. I could not recommend Bex more."
"After just one session with Bex I have gained so much clarity and reassurance during a time in my life where I have felt a lot of confusion, lack of direction and internal chaos. She utilised every minute of our session with a calm, compassionate approach and genuine attention to detail. Her guidance has had a profound impact as she managed to get straight to the source of my issue and was able to offer practical, realistic goals in order to move forwards. Thank you Bex!"
"Working with Bex has been life changing for my communication and confidence. My partner has commented on many occasions that I come across more confidently than I had before. My only regret is that I did not work with Bex earlier in my career. Bex provided me with the skills and tools I needed to make an impact at work and act in a leadership capacity. The stretch goals Bex helped me set at the end of every session were vital to developing my skills."
"Having worked with Bex for a couple of months now, I cannot recommend her highly enough. Bex spends the time to fully understand me, the issues at hand, and has worked with me to devise solutions and provided me with the tools to deal with any such repeats. Thank you Bex."
Questions
Anyone experiencing emotional overwhelm, anxiety, low mood, burnout, relationship difficulties, grief, loss, repeating patterns, or a general sense that something is not right. You do not need to be in crisis. If something resonates, it is worth a conversation.
A safe space centred entirely on you and your needs. At times it may be challenging, but Bex will not take you further than you are ready to go. Growth can be hard. It is easier when you do not have to do it alone.
IFS works with different internal parts of the self to understand inner conflict. EMDR is a structured approach for processing traumatic memories. Person-Centred therapy creates a non-directive space for you to lead the exploration. Bex draws on all three depending on what is most useful for you.
It depends entirely on what you are bringing and how deep you want to go. Some people experience significant shift in a handful of sessions. Others work with Bex over a longer period. Bex will always be honest about where she thinks you are and what she believes would serve you best.
Yes, completely. All sessions are via Zoom. Many clients find the online format helpful because they can be in their own space, which can actually make it easier to open up. Everything discussed in sessions is strictly confidential.
You do not need to decide before the intro call. Bex will listen to what is going on and tell you honestly what she thinks will help most. If therapy is not the right fit, she will say so. If coaching would serve you better right now, she will tell you that instead.
