Sometimes it feels like it's not easy to trust yourself. So many people are in flux, there are so many mixed signals being sent our way. How do we know who we are and what we should be? if you suffer from:
Figuring out how to build more confidence and self-belief can be very tough, lonely and challenging. There are loads of different ways to do so, thousands of self-help books, podcasts, instagram reels! I know that if I'm working alongside you it can be fun, easier and ultimately I can point you in the right direction with tried and tested methods.

I'm Rebecca, founder of We are Delphi! I'm an ex British Diplomat. I've lived in six different countries and worked and studied many different things. Law, banking, politics, tech (back in 2008), charity sector, public sector, private. Large, medium, small firms. I've done a lot so you can do things quick and easier. Learn from my mistakes! I share materials and summaries after the end of every session as well as exercises to facilitate reflection. I provide individual digital workbooks for activities to be completed between each session too.
