Coaching: Imposter Syndrome 101 & Confidence

Do you ever feel like you don't deserve the job you've earned?

Sometimes it feels like it's not easy to trust yourself. So many people are in flux, there are so many mixed signals being sent our way. How do we know who we are and what we should be? if you suffer from:

  •  persistent self-doubt
  •  internal conflict
  •  chronic second-guessing
  • feel unseen in professional, institutional, or public environments
  • people misinterpret what you're trying to say
  • a general feeling like you are not enough
My coaching programme offers a systemic and psychological reframing of imposter syndrome not as a personal failing, but as an intelligent response to environments where power, legitimacy, and value are narrowly defined. Together we help you manage your career and confidence in 2026 and beyond. The AI, post-Covid, more remote, more overwhelming, more opportunity and more competitive career era. It can be very easy to second-guess yourself, I’m here to help you with that.

Figuring out how to build more confidence and self-belief can be very tough, lonely and challenging. There are loads of different ways to do so, thousands of self-help books, podcasts, instagram reels! I know that if I'm working alongside you it can be fun, easier and ultimately I can point you in the right direction with tried and tested methods.

You dont have to face this alone.

I'm Rebecca, founder of We are Delphi! I'm an ex British Diplomat. I've lived in six different countries and worked and studied many different things. Law, banking, politics, tech (back in 2008), charity sector, public sector, private. Large, medium, small firms. I've done a lot so you can do things quick and easier. Learn from my mistakes! I’ve often second guessed, had social anxiety and doubted myself - here are the things I wish I’d had known.

 Theory of Change

We believe that imposter syndrome is not a psychological defect but a relational and cultural signal. It was (at some point) an intelligent adaptation to spaces where your internal authority has not been welcomed or recognised.
This programme helps to:

1. Identify the environmental and systemic roots of imposter experiences. 2. Understand the function and internal logic of self-doubt.
3. Build relational and embodied practices that anchor self-trust and coherence. 4. Reclaim visibility and voice without relying on performance.
Through structured sessions clients shift from managing perception to inhabiting presence with clarity, groundedness, and internal authorship.
