Coaching: Interviews

Are you ready for the next stage of your career, but can't quite nail that interview?

It seems at the moment the job market is more hostile than ever, between national economic struggle and the rise of automation, just getting a foot in the door is an achievement! So I understand now, more than ever, how important good interview technique is. whether it is:

  • Learning good interview prep, what can I expect and what is expected of me?
  • Managing nerves and anxiety
  • Tailoring your stance to be relevant to employer expectation
  • Framing your responses to show how you are the right candidate!
  • Learning techniques so you can wow from the outset

My coaching programme draws on techniques I learned from my time as a diplomat, as a psychologist and what I've discovered as a coach. I've not only helped my clients land "Dream Jobs" but I myself have had job offers on graduate schemes with over 20k applicants.

Preparation is the silver bullet, it's the difference between a calm and precise applicant who stands head and shoulders above the rest, and a chaotic, frantic candidate, who looks lost from the outset.

Don't worry, I am here to help!

I'm Rebecca, founder of We are Delphi! I'm an ex British Diplomat. I've lived in six different countries and worked and studied many different things. Law, banking, politics, tech (back in 2008), charity sector, public sector, private. Large, medium, small firms. I've done a lot so you can do things quick and easier. Learn from my mistakes! I've worked both sides of the interview room, and have a clear understanding of what people are looking for, best practices to bring to the space and we will tailor our sessions to you so you can put your best foot forward!
