Conflict and Communication Coaching · Online · UK-Wide

Connection is not luck.
It is a skill you
can learn.

Feeling disconnected is one of the loneliest experiences there is, whether that is in a relationship, at work, or in your own skin. Bex has spent nearly two decades making communication her trade, as a diplomat, as a therapist, and as a coach. This 12-session programme teaches you how to connect more deeply and communicate more honestly.

  • Understand why connection feels so difficult even when you want it
  • Develop your emotional intelligence and social confidence
  • Navigate conflict without shutting down or escalating
  • Build the vulnerability to let people in without losing yourself
  • Communicate in a way that is heard, understood and respected

Does this feel familiar?

The gap between
what you feel and
what you can say.

These are things Bex hears from almost every client who comes to her for communication and connection coaching. They are far more common than most people realise.

"I find it hard to be emotionally vulnerable, even when I really want to be."

On the distance between intention and expression

"Even when things are going well, there is an emptiness I cannot explain."

On feeling disconnected despite appearances

"I want to make deep connections but conversations feel intimidating."

On social anxiety and the longing for belonging

"When someone asks me what I am feeling, I freeze completely."

On emotional literacy under pressure

"I want to face my emotions head on but I get overwhelmed and shut down."

On avoidance and the cost of not engaging

"I struggle to hold my ground in conflict without either backing down or going too far."

On navigating disagreement without losing the relationship
"If we want to go far, we go together. But getting there requires learning how to actually let people in."
BEX · Founder, We Are Delphi

Connection is not something you either have or you do not.

It is a set of skills. Emotional literacy. The ability to tolerate vulnerability. An understanding of how you learned to protect yourself, and how those protections are now keeping people out.

Bex brings together two decades of professional communication experience with the depth of therapeutic training to help you understand your patterns and change them from the inside.

"Communication has been my trade for nearly two decades. This programme is the best of everything I have learned."

Your Coach

Hi. I am Bex.
If we want to go far,
we go together.

I am Rebecca, founder of We Are Delphi. I am an ex-British diplomat, Oxford graduate, and trained therapist. I have lived in six countries, worked across law, banking, politics, tech, the charity and public sectors, and spent nearly two decades making communication my trade.

I have helped hundreds of people over thousands of hours connect more deeply with their partners, their colleagues, and most importantly themselves. In an era of globalisation, remote work, and automation, genuine human connection has never mattered more. I built this programme to give you the tools to create it.

"Working with Bex has been life changing for my communication and confidence. My partner has commented on many occasions that I come across more confidently than I had before. My only regret is that I did not work with Bex earlier in my career. Bex provided me with the skills and tools I needed to make an impact at work and act in a leadership capacity. The stretch goals Bex helped me set at the end of every session reinforced what I had learned and were vital to developing my skills."

"Bex has been an absolute game changer for me. Over the past two years, she has guided me through some of the toughest transitions in my life, from navigating the complexities of a startup to managing tricky dynamics with colleagues, and even helping me heal through breakups. Her support has been both deeply personal and incredibly effective. She has been more than a coach. She has been a lifeline."

Questions

Things people ask before booking

Who is this programme for?

Anyone who feels lonely or disconnected in their relationships, romantic or otherwise. People who want tools to build better friendships and connections. Those who want to feel more confident communicating, or who find difficult conversations overwhelming. It is not sector-specific or seniority-specific.

Is 12 sessions a lot?

For the depth of work involved, 12 sessions is appropriate. Communication patterns and relational habits were built over years. Twelve sessions gives enough time to understand them properly, work on them, and embed something genuinely different. Bex will always be honest about where you are in the process.

Is this coaching or therapy?

It is coaching that draws on therapeutic tools where needed. Bex is a trained IFS and EMDR therapist as well as a coach, which means she can go deeper than most coaches when the work calls for it. The programme is structured as coaching with therapeutic depth, not the other way around.

What are the sessions like?

Sessions are 60 to 90 minutes via Zoom. Each one is structured around an objective, outcomes, actions, and a theory. After every session, Bex sends written notes. You also receive a Communication Audit, a Confidence Audit, session recordings, a bespoke reading list, and accountability check-ins between sessions.

Do sessions work online?

Yes, completely. All sessions are via Zoom. Bex works with clients across the UK and internationally. The format is well suited to this kind of work because you practise in a familiar, low-pressure environment before taking it into real life.

What is the investment?

The full 12-session programme is available at a fixed fee with instalments possible. Bex discusses pricing on the free introductory call, not before, so she can understand your situation and make sure the programme is the right fit before either of you commits to anything.

Connection starts with one honest conversation
