Our Therapists

The people you'll actually
sit across from.

Three therapists, three different specialisms. Whoever you work with, the approach is the same: integrative, honest, and built around who you actually are, not a script.

Rebecca, Therapist at We Are Delphi
Therapist
Rebecca (she/her)

she / her

As a therapist, Rebecca works with clients navigating burnout, anxiety, and the patterns that keep repeating, alongside deeper identity work for those in the middle of real change.

It was her own experience of therapy, and the shift it created, that led her to train as both a coach and a therapist. She brings an integrative, trauma-informed approach to every client, drawing on IFS, EMDR and person-centred therapy, and has worked with over 300 clients across 3,000+ sessions.

Before training as a therapist, Rebecca spent nearly a decade working in UK government on peace and security, alongside roles at Google, Oxfam and HSBC. She holds a degree in Physiological Sciences specialising in Neuroscience from Oxford, a Graduate Diploma in Law, and a Masters in Global Politics from LSE.

Imogen Ruth (she/her)

she / her

Imogen trained as a therapist after experiencing her own struggles with mental health, and making her own therapeutic journey. She is a great believer that the right kind of talk therapy, with the right person and at the right time, can be beneficial for almost everyone. She offers a warm, supportive space for people who wish to understand themselves and their experiences more deeply.

Imogen draws from a range of therapeutic approaches, but regardless of the particular flavour of the work, she trusts in each client's innate capacity for growth and positive change, and recognises them as the expert in their own life and experiences.

Throughout and since her training, Imogen has worked with all kinds of people from diverse backgrounds. She has particular experience in supporting parents, those who are navigating relationship issues, big life transitions and questions of identity, and those dealing with bereavement and complex grief.

Imogen pays attention to the social and political context we inhabit, and within which the work is taking place. She is committed to working anti-oppressively and strives to work in a way that acknowledges, affirms, and honours each client's whole self.

Beth Daniel, Therapist at We Are Delphi
Therapist
Beth Daniel

"My work supporting neurodivergent children in educational settings gave me valuable insight into the diverse ways people experience, understand and interact with the world."

Before training as a therapist, Beth spent several years supporting neurodivergent children and their families in educational settings. This experience shaped her passion for working with neurodivergent adults, helping them make sense of their experiences, explore the impact of masking, and appreciate their unique strengths and perspectives.

In her private practice, Beth mainly works with adults who are late-diagnosed, self-identified, or looking to understand lifelong patterns, experiences and challenges through a neurodivergent lens. She supports clients as they navigate grief, shame, identity shifts and self-discovery that can accompany late diagnosis.

Beth is passionate about creating a space where clients feel seen, understood and accepted. She works in a way that honours each person's lived experience and individual journey. Her approach is warm, collaborative and neuro-affirming, helping clients reconnect with themselves, build self-compassion and create a life that feels more authentic.
