These terms govern the coaching and therapy services provided by Delphi Coaching Ltd (company number 14644182, registered in England, trading as "We Are Delphi"). By booking a session with us, you agree to these terms.

1. Our services

We provide coaching and therapy services, delivered online or in person, including but not limited to career coaching, confidence coaching, communication and public speaking coaching, life coaching, executive coaching, and therapy.

Coaching and therapy are not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, or emergency care. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or need urgent medical help, please contact your GP, NHS 111, the Samaritans on 116 123, or emergency services on 999.

2. Booking and payment

  • Sessions are booked in advance through our online booking system or by direct arrangement
  • Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing
  • Prices are as displayed on our website at the time of booking and may change for future bookings

3. Cancellations and rescheduling

  • We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session
  • Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, may be charged in full
  • We will always try to offer a reasonable alternative time where possible

4. Confidentiality

What you share with your coach or therapist is treated as confidential. However, confidentiality has legal and ethical limits. We may need to break confidentiality, with or without your consent, where:

  • There is a risk of serious harm to you or another person
  • We are required to disclose information by law or court order
  • Disclosure is necessary to safeguard a child or vulnerable adult

Where possible, we will discuss this with you before any disclosure is made.

5. Your responsibilities

To get the most from coaching or therapy, we ask that you attend sessions as scheduled, engage openly and honestly, and let us know if something isn't working for you so we can adjust our approach.

6. Ending the working relationship

Either you or your coach or therapist may end the working relationship at any time. We ask that you let us know if you decide to stop, so we can close things off appropriately, and where relevant, discuss onward referral.

7. Limitation of liability

We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from our services. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

8. Complaints

If you're unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact us directly at bex@wearedelphi.co so we can address it. Where relevant, you may also be entitled to raise a concern with the professional body a coach or therapist is registered with.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last revised. Continuing to use our services after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
