You are not imagining it

The weight you have
been carrying
was never yours to carry.

These are things Rebecca hears from almost every woman she works with. They are not signs of weakness. They are the predictable result of navigating a system that was not designed with you in mind.

"I hold back because I am afraid of being judged or seen as too much."

On the fear of taking up space

"I know I am capable of more. Something keeps stopping me from fully stepping up."

On the gap between potential and action

"The self-doubt is constant. Even when things go well, it comes back."

On the voice that will not be quiet

"I feel like I am always trying to fit into a mould that was not made for me."

On performing a version of yourself that does not fit

"I act smaller than I know I am. The system rewards it. That does not mean I have to accept it."

On being rewarded for making yourself smaller

"I have been passed over again. I do not know if the problem is me or the system."

On not knowing what you are fighting
"I have been there too. And I know how to help you get out."

The doubt is not yours. The power is.

The self-doubt you carry was not born in you. It was built in by feedback designed to keep you accommodating rather than ambitious, by systems that do not value your leadership style, and by a world that judges women more harshly at every level.

Rebecca has helped hundreds of women stop internalising what belongs to the system and build the kind of confidence that does not need anyone else's permission to exist.

Your Coach

Hi. I am Rebecca.
I specialise in helping
women become unstoppable.

I am Rebecca, founder of We Are Delphi. I am an ex-British diplomat, Oxford graduate, and trained therapist who spent years navigating professional spaces that were not built with women like me in mind. I know what it feels like to hold back, to fit a mould, and to wonder whether the problem is you or the system.

I have taken everything I know about psychology, behaviour, gender and leadership to build a coaching programme that addresses both the inner and outer barriers because this is not just about mindset and it is not just about the system. It is both. And you need tools for both.

What You Are Up Against

The system was not
built for you.
This programme was.

The barriers that hold women back are real, documented and structural. Understanding exactly what you are up against is not about blame it is about power. When you can name what is in the way, you can stop internalising it and start dismantling it.

⚖️

Harsher judgement

Women are judged more harshly for mistakes and expected to conform to communal stereotypes. Your leadership style is assessed against a template that was built by and for men.

🪟

Gender bias in organisations

Gender bias within organisations inhibits progress, particularly when your leadership style does not fit traditional models. Most organisations have not solved this problem. You need tools to navigate it.

🔥

Burnout from the mould

Burnout happens when you have to fit a version of yourself that does not align with your values. The exhaustion is not weakness. It is the cost of performing someone else's idea of who you should be.

📉

Disrupted feedback

Women receive more vague and critical feedback focused on communication style rather than strategic vision. This disrupts your leadership trajectory in ways that are hard to see from the inside.

🔇

The self-promotion gap

Women are significantly less likely to self-promote, which limits growth opportunities. This is not a character flaw. It is the result of being penalised for self-promotion throughout a lifetime of feedback.

🪢

The double bind

Assertive behaviour in women is perceived as competent but unlikable. The very qualities that make a leader effective are the ones that get women criticised. This is the double bind. And it is real.

How the Programme Works

Three things this
programme builds in you.
Permanently.

The work is not about empty affirmations or surface-level empowerment. It is designed around the real issues and what actually shifts them.

01

Clarity

Get clear on what you truly want and identify the values that should be driving your decisions rather than the expectations of others. Clarity is not a luxury. It is the foundation everything else is built on.

Know what you want, why you want it, and what has been getting in the way.
02

Confidence

Overcome the self-doubt, imposter syndrome, and internalised beliefs that have been limiting you. This is not about performing confidence you do not feel. It is about dismantling the specific things that have been undermining the real confidence you already have.

Stop the inner voice from making your decisions for you.
03

Communication

Develop the skills to express yourself assertively and ensure your message lands powerfully in meetings, in negotiations, in rooms full of people who do not expect to hear from you. Your voice matters. It needs to be heard.

Say what you mean. Have it land the way you intended.

What You Will Leave With

Concrete changes.
Not just better feelings.

These are the specific, observable outcomes clients leave with after working with Rebecca on confidence.

🏛️

Walk into any meeting confident, regardless of who is in the room or what is at stake.

🛡️

Strategies to handle challenges so you no longer need to feel small or worried about taking up too much space.

🗣️

The ability to set boundaries and hold them without excessive guilt or self-doubt.

🧩

A clear understanding of where your limiting beliefs come from and how to stop them running the show.

📣

The tools to self-advocate effectively in job applications, promotion conversations and salary negotiations.

A version of leadership confidence that is entirely your own not an imitation of what you have been told it should look like.

"Rebecca was super helpful. I don't think I could have taken all the steps I have done without her. I look back from where I was before coaching until now and I can see how much my confidence and self-belief has changed. I feel more comfortable taking steps towards my goals. This has included setting up my own business. I am genuinely so thankful and looking forward to working again with Rebecca in the future."

"I initially had a session with Rebecca as a one-off ahead of an important meeting and subsequently decided to book a block as it was clear that I would get a huge amount from them. Rebecca's approach has been a masterful combination of pragmatism, theoretical insight and emotional exploration which has helped me to understand and take ownership of my own behaviours. I gained something invaluable from every session and would definitely recommend Rebecca as a coach."

"Working with Rebecca was one of the best decisions I have made. She has been extremely supportive throughout this coaching process, and has pushed me to not just believe that more is possible, but to go after it. "I can wholeheartedly recommend working with Rebecca. I was feeling stuck and uncertain about taking the next step in my career and after spending far too long telling myself I should be able to figure it out alone, I decided to have an initial call with Rebecca. I can honestly say it has been one of the best decisions I have made. Rebecca has given me the guidance and tools to figure out what I want, how to support myself better at work and look after myself. I cannot stop recommending her to all my friends. Thank you so so much Rebecca!"

"I started speaking to Rebecca whilst I was on maternity leave, knowing that I really did not want to return to the job I had. I got so much more than career guidance out of our sessions. I have spoken to Rebecca about nearly every area of my life and have always been amazed at how she can guide and support me through whatever it is I am wanting to work through. Rebecca is so adaptable and so much more than just a career coach. I always feel boosted after our sessions and I often think to myself, what would Rebecca say, when I am faced with a challenge."

Questions

Things people ask before booking

Who is this for?

High-achieving women who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or held back by external pressures and internal doubt. Women who know they are capable of more but cannot quite get out of their own way or cannot tell whether the obstacle is internal or structural. Both are addressed in this work.

What will the sessions actually be like?

Collaborative, honest and focused on you. Some sessions will draw on coaching tools, others on therapeutic techniques depending on what you need at that point. You will always walk away with something concrete, whether that is a new framework, a specific action, or a shift in how you see a situation.

I have tried confidence-building before and it did not stick. Why would this be different?

Because this does not start with affirmations or the assumption that you need to be fixed. It starts with a clear-eyed look at what is structural, what is systemic, and what tools you need to move powerfully within and beyond it. Most confidence programmes ask women to change themselves. This one asks the right questions about where the problem actually lives.

Do the sessions work online?

Yes, completely. All sessions are via Zoom. Rebecca works with clients across the UK and internationally. She sends written notes and follow-ups after every session written by her, not generated by AI.

How many sessions will I need?

It depends on what you are working on and how deep the work needs to go. Rebecca will be honest about this in the free intro call and will never recommend more sessions than she thinks you need.

Is this therapy or coaching?

It is coaching that draws on therapeutic tools where needed. Rebecca is a trained therapist as well as a coach, which means she can go deeper than most coaches when the work requires it. If what you need is primarily therapeutic, she will tell you that and point you in the right direction.
